All funds on phksy are held in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through verified local payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and are paid only to accounts matching the registered player identity.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits issued by phksy are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. phksy reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if terms are abused or if fraudulent behavior is detected.

phksy provides deposit limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools. Players who have self-excluded from phksy must not attempt to open new accounts. phksy may share self-exclusion data with gaming regulators where required under applicable Philippine law.

2.1 By accessing phksy, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the phksy Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of phksy. Continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phksy. phksy reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice.
3.1 Age Requirement. Use of phksy is restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement applies to all aspects of the Platform, including account registration, deposits, gameplay, and withdrawal of winnings. phksy strictly enforces this requirement in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
3.2 Geographic Restriction. phksy services are intended for players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using phksy is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. phksy does not represent that its services are appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
3.3 Personal Use. phksy accounts may only be registered and operated by natural persons acting in their personal capacity. Registration on behalf of a third party, corporation, trust, or any other legal entity is expressly prohibited.
3.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active phksy account at any time. Duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or multiple identities controlled by the same person, are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.5 Self-Excluded Players. Individuals who have previously completed a self-exclusion procedure on phksy or through any relevant self-exclusion register are not eligible to register new accounts. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4.1 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the phksy account registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any details change.
4.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phksy username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phksy will never contact you by any means to request your account password.
4.3 Unauthorized Access. You must notify phksy immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security. phksy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.4 Two-Factor Authentication. phksy strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA is available via SMS OTP to your registered Philippine mobile number. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized account access.
4.5 Account Inactivity. phksy reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive (no login and no balance activity) for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactive account closure action.
5.1 phksy is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, which may include: UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or a valid Philippine Passport.
5.2 phksy may additionally request a selfie photograph holding the submitted ID, proof of address, or source of funds documentation at its discretion, particularly for accounts with high transaction volumes or accounts flagged in connection with anti-money laundering (AML) screening.
5.3 phksy reserves the right to withhold processing of withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. phksy also reserves the right to close accounts and return deposited funds where KYC documentation reveals eligibility issues, including age under 21, identity mismatch, or previous self-exclusion status.
5.4 All KYC documents submitted to phksy are processed and stored in accordance with the phksy Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy regulations.
All deposits to phksy are made in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO (via InstaPay), BPI (via InstaPay), and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phksy does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the player's name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. phksy targets processing of withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business hours, subject to payment provider processing times. GCash withdrawals typically complete within fifteen (15) minutes of approval.
phksy reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Funds derived from bonus credit that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. phksy may withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending investigation.
All transactions on phksy are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phksy does not apply currency conversion fees on PHP transactions. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their bank or payment provider.
phksy does not pay interest on player wallet balances. Player funds held in phksy accounts are not investments and do not generate returns beyond gaming winnings.
7.1 All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and Loyalty Program rewards issued by phksy are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
7.2 Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Bonus funds are tracked separately from real-money funds in the phksy wallet. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
7.3 phksy reserves the right to withdraw, void, or amend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this right will not be exercised to the material detriment of players who have already commenced satisfying wagering requirements in good faith.
7.4 Abuse of the phksy bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, systematic exploitation of low-edge games to satisfy wagering requirements in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion, or providing false information to obtain promotional benefits — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings and may result in permanent account suspension.
7.5 phksy Loyalty Program points, tier status, and rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the phksy platform. Points expire if an account remains inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months.
8.1 All games available on phksy are operated by licensed third-party game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently certified by recognized testing laboratories. phksy does not operate or control the RNG software directly — game outcomes are determined by the respective provider's certified systems.
8.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other technical error during gameplay, phksy and its game providers reserve the right to void affected game rounds. Bets placed on void rounds will be returned to the player's phksy wallet. phksy does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of any game or the Platform.
8.3 Displayed payout percentages (Return to Player — RTP) are theoretical figures calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session or series of sessions.
8.4 The minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface. phksy reserves the right to impose additional player-specific bet limits at its discretion, including for VIP players with elevated risk profiles.
8.5 Game rules for each product — including specific baccarat side bet payouts, blackjack rule variations, roulette wheel format (European vs. American), and slot-specific features — are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider. Players are encouraged to review in-game help sections before wagering.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phksy. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, potential permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances including real-money funds where those funds are demonstrably associated with the prohibited activity:
10.1 phksy reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; at the player's own request; or upon reasonable instruction from a gaming regulator or law enforcement authority.
10.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms involving prohibited conduct, phksy may forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, to the extent such forfeiture is lawful under applicable Philippine law.
10.3 Where an account is closed for reasons other than player misconduct — such as business cessation, regulatory direction, or at the player's own request — phksy will return the player's real-money wallet balance (net of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds) to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
10.4 Players wishing to voluntarily close their phksy account may do so at any time by contacting phksy support via in-platform live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.
11.1 phksy is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following player-controlled tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion from 24 hours to 6 months), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your phksy account settings at any time.
11.2 Permanent self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in place, phksy will take all reasonable steps to prevent the player from opening a new account. Winnings generated during a self-exclusion period, if any, may be void at phksy's discretion.
11.3 phksy strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and employs identity verification measures to prevent underage gambling. Any account found to have been opened or used by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds returned to the verified depositor.

12.1 All content on the phksy Platform — including but not limited to the phksy brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of phksy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phksy Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or functionality of the phksy Platform.
12.3 Any unauthorized use of phksy intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal liability.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phksy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to phksy in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 phksy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phksy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.3 phksy does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or viruses, or that game results will be uninterrupted. In cases of technical failure, phksy's sole obligation is to return stakes placed on affected game rounds.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits phksy's liability for death or personal injury caused by phksy's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
14.1 phksy processes your personal data in accordance with the phksy Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
14.2 phksy collects and processes personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, transaction processing, and marketing communications (where consented). phksy does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
14.3 phksy's collection and use of personal data is subject to the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
15.1 phksy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the phksy Platform with an updated effective date. For material amendments, phksy will provide registered players with advance notice via email or in-platform notification, typically no less than fourteen (14) days before the revised Terms take effect.
15.2 Your continued use of phksy following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.4.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of phksy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between you and phksy, you are encouraged to contact phksy customer support in the first instance. phksy will endeavor to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the phksy internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution or regulatory body with jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute under Philippine law.
16.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where circumstances require.
